What Is The Shelf Life Of Corn Starch?
We suggest that corn starch be managed to a maximum 24 month
shelf life. While corn starch does have an "indefinite" shelf life, it may
take on the odor of other products that are stored with the corn starch.
Age will not alter the effectiveness of the corn starch unless there is
moisture which will cause the cornstarch to clump together.
