3 Step Pecan Pie
Cook Time: 55 min. Serves 8
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup (250 mL) CROWN® Golden Corn Syrup
or BEEHIVE® Corn Syrup
1 cup (250 mL) sugar
2 tablespoon (30 mL) butter, melted
1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) pecan halves
1 frozen 9” (23 cm) deep dish pie shell
Directions
1. In bowl blend first 5 ingredients.
2. Stir in nuts; pour into pie shell.
3. Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted
halfway between centre and edge comes out clean. Cool.
