step1
Prepare and measure all ingredients
before you start cooking. Cut vegetables and meat in uniform size pieces to ensure even cooking. The larger the pieces the longer it will take to cook.

step2
Combine sauce ingredients in a small
bowl or measuring cup. This allows you
to add the ingredients quickly at the end, preventing over-cooking.

step3
Heat the wok on high before adding
the oil - until a drop of water sizzles on the surface. Swirl the oil around the bottom and up the sides of the wok. The oil should heat a few seconds but not smoke before the ingredients are added.

step4
Add the ingredients in the order indicated
in the recipe. Quickly lift and toss to sear, sealing in flavours and nutrients. Shake the pan as well to loosen foods from the bottom. Follow the recommended times to ensure vegetables remain crisp.

step5
Once the meat and vegetables are cooked, push the mixture up the sides of the wok to creat a well. Add the premixed sauce ingredients. Always re-stir before adding since the corn starch settles to the bottom. Cook and stir until sauce comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute to thicken completely.

For a complete nutritious and delicious
meal, serve your stir-fry over cooked rice, chinese noodles, egg noodles or even spaghetti. Try to serve it immediately - better to have people wait for the food
than vice-versa!
