Golden Syrup Walnut Pieprep_time

Yield: 1 Pie

3 eggs
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) CROWN LILY WHITE® Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons (30 mL) butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon (5 mL) SPICE ISLANDS Pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (9-inch/23cm) unbaked pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Beat eggs slightly with
a fork in a medium bowl. Add corn syrup, butter, vanilla
and salt; stir until well blended. Add nuts; stir. Pour into
pie crust. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted
halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
